Fiona Ross

Fiona Ross is an exceptionally experienced public and private sector Chair and Non-executive Director, having served on 17 Boards in Ireland and the UK over the past six years. She focuses her board, consulting and lecturing roles on governance, ethics, and digital transformation.

Fiona began her career as a stockbroker in the City of London and spent 25 years working in Dublin, London, Eastern Europe and the United States. A trusted advisor to the C-suite , Fiona is recognised for her skills in IPOs, Investor Relations, Stakeholder Management, Fundraising (debt and equity). Building on her experience with early stage companies Fiona lectured at the UCD Smurfit School in the area of entrepreneurial finance. Fiona has worked with leading companies include Goodbody Stockbrokers, Bank of Ireland, Hill & Knowlton and the Industrial Bank of Japan.

Fiona also ran the National Library and has continued her interest in the Arts serving as the Founding Director of EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum and has joined the Heaney family as a Non Executive Director to help establish the Heaney literary estate.
