We are hosting an informal discussion on service design, user experience, and Design Thinking.
Join us for a drink and meet innovators, creatives, and practitioners. The panel includes the founder of one of the world’s best cafes, an expert from global leader IDEO, and the brain behind Irish Design 2015.
John Collery, Business Designer at IDEO.org; Laura Magahy, Executive Chair of Irish Design 2015, Managing Director of MCO, Chair of the Design & Crafts Council, former President of the Institute of Directors; Colin Harmon, entrepreneur, founder of 3FE coffee; and Dr Johnny Ryan, Executive Director of The Innovation Academy.
A happy customer is an extraordinary thing. So extraordinary that this first moment of happiness with a service can be a prelude to a long-term, perhaps even life-long, relationship with the service provider. At The Innovation Academy we are interested in this problem (See coverage of our latest design workshop in The Irish Times here).
This discussion is relevant to CEOs, senior managers and product owners, public servants, marketers, creatives, designers, product developers, branding and creative professionals, practitioners, and innovators.
